This policy covers the DrawnMade website and project enquiry form. The website and form are operated by Beijing Shanrun Technology Co., Ltd. (北京山润科技有限公司, the registered legal name in Chinese), a company registered in Beijing, China. DrawnMade is the brand name used for the website and service. Information we receive

Most information comes directly from you when you send a project or contact us.

• Name, work email, company, country or city, and optional WhatsApp or phone details.
• Product description, category, quantity, target date, materials, finishes and delivery requirements.
• Drawings, photographs, specifications, BOMs, file-sharing links and other project materials you choose to provide.
• Basic connection and security data that the hosting infrastructure may process, such as IP address, request time, browser information and error logs.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to your request and to take practical steps you ask us to take before or during a working relationship.

• Assess whether the project fits our current scope.
• Understand the product, identify missing decisions and prepare a response or quotation.
• Coordinate potential sourcing, sampling, production, inspection, packing or delivery work.
• Protect the website, prevent abuse, keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations.
• We do not use project enquiries for unrelated advertising, and we do not make decisions about you using automated profiling.

Project files and confidentiality

Uploaded files are stored in private object storage and are not intended for public access. File-sharing links remain subject to the access settings and retention rules of the service you use. Make sure the link grants only the access needed for review, and send any password separately rather than entering it in this form.

Do not upload payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or unrelated sensitive personal data. Until a confidentiality agreement is in place, do not send files whose disclosure would create serious commercial harm.

Who may receive information

We share only what is reasonably needed for project review or delivery. Depending on the project, recipients may include:

• Website hosting, database and file-storage providers acting on our behalf.
• Shortlisted manufacturers, material suppliers and prototyping partners in China.
• Inspection, packing, logistics or other service providers involved in delivery.
• Professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required.
• We do not sell personal information or project enquiry data.

Processing across borders

DrawnMade coordinates work in China and serves clients in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed in China and in locations where our infrastructure or service providers operate.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate contractual, consent-based or other lawful mechanism.

Retention and security

If an enquiry does not become active work, we review and delete the enquiry record and directly uploaded files within 90 days after the last relevant contact. We retain it longer only where follow-up remains active or a contract, dispute, security incident or legal obligation requires it.

Active project materials are reviewed when work closes and kept only for the shortest period reasonably needed for agreed follow-up, business records, disputes or law. We use access controls and private storage, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask what personal information we hold, request a copy, correct it, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

We may need to verify your identity. Some requests may be limited where information must be kept for legal obligations, security, disputes or the rights of another person.

Cookies, changes and contact

This preview website does not currently add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting infrastructure may still use essential technical processes and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
